Snowing heavily in Gloucestershire this evening,outside the towns it is deep, cars going all over the place, very hairy trip to get my daughters from the dry ski slope from their after school club there! Trees all laden with snow, thought I was back in Saari. Downside is that the city and places like Tewkesbury are flooding again, poor, poor people many of whom are still in caravans from July.

Have you seen the Scottish ski centres?? Heading over that way for the weekend hoping to get some ski-ing in, will be the first time the kids have been ski-ing on real snow as they learnt on dry ski slope.
Expect it will be really busy though.

And who said bringing all thos sledges back on the plane was sad! It seems that they all knew better!
We often drive up over Glous en route to Hereford (from London) and have seen snow high up over the fields once or twice before!

But that was the Manchester flight with all those sledges and we havnt had snow since 1983. lol
