Yllas - Ingham reps

We have just returned from a fantastic week with Inghams in the Akas log cabins. We did every thing and the hotel was fine the cabins great and it was a perfect Christmas break with wonderful people. We meet some great people, infact no one that we didn%26#39;t take to. The Inghams reps that we dealt with were Abby Dave and Marc and they were all absolutely fantastic. My 6 year old loved them all to bits particularly Abby and she and Dave walked us to the check in. Fab, thanks guys.

Nice to see a positive post for the reps, we%26#39;ve always found them great, it must be hard for them during the run up to christmas, as there are some many day trips and short breaks to sort out, and if you are new to the job, it could take time to settle in,.. Most people only write about negative things , so positive is good lol... 3 weeks 6 days till our trip back to Yllas (Yippee)....

Glad to hear the Ingham Reps were good as we were getting quite a bit of negative feedback about those reps.

|||

Yes We to have always found to Inghams reps lovely and helpfull

We do not use them much but when needed they have been great.

Our rep this year was lovely but was a little un organised at giving out times for santa party and return trip home.

Did have a girl that took us to the airport that did have a bit of a cant be bothered attitude but then you always get one!

|||

the rep we had on the bus from the airport was lovely....but.....gave us all the wrong info!!!

we asked her several times about what time we needed to be at the hotel to get to the ski school and she stated that 10am at the hotel to be kitted out, this contradicted the info on the welcome pack but as we had asked several times we though we would go with her info...so we missed out first skiing lesson but luckily another lovely inghams rep sorted us out and got us all sorted out

then there was the welcome meeting...in the pack it said to be at the hotel for 4.30 for the meeting, however the meeting had been changed to 2.30 and no one had told us, apparently our rep on the bus was supposed to inform us of this but once again, failed to get the basics right

we rarely use reps but the only time we did need info from them it was wrong, but that was only one rep, the others were fine.

|||

our rep (dave) did inform us about the meeting time changing although we didn%26#39;t go to the meeting anyway, we were out on the snowmobiles for the day!

we found the reps reasonably helpful except for one lady with blonde hair who seemed a bit snooty, else they wrre good. Akas hotel stff were not so good!!!

poe, what happened to the snowball fight?

|||

lala - were you there - didn%26#39;t see yous;-( did you see us?

snowball fights - only day we managed to make a snowball was the day after boxing day after the snow fall, no hope of making snowballs prior to that!!

we did make a fab iglo type think outside the akas hotel, it had many admirers ;-)

our rep on the was bev - useless woman and I know what you mean about the blonde one, face like she had drunk a pint of vinegar

|||

ha, yes she did! i think bev was our rep on the bus to....think that was her name anyway! so chances are we were on the same bus. not sure if i saw you as i dont know what u look like but chances are i did see you. who were you with ? kids?

|||

yes we had kids, we were the dreaded family ;-)

|||

send me a pic andi will tell u if i recognise your family!
