does anybody know about the baggage allowances on flights?
There are three of us travelling, all with a 20kg allowance, now can I use all of this allowance between just two cases or is it 20kgs per case?
Hubby says if we take three cases, I will have to carry one, and I dont wanna!!! so would prefer to pack my big case heavier for him to struggle with!

20kg per case. If they are heavier than that they will charge you excess baggage.

Ho hum, looks like I%26#39;m carrying a bag then, or maybe I should try and embrace this %26quot;capsule wadrobe%26quot; theory, although I%26#39;ve never managed that yet haha

Hi,
We came back at the weekend and one case was 23kg and the other about the same they worked out the total weight and did not charge any excess. Hope that helps. Also they did not weigh hand lugage that was at Gatwick, when we travel from Bristol they weigh everything!
