Hi there Fudge, Just spotted on one of the threads that you are just back from the Snow Princess. We have booked this for Feb half term. Please tell me more, more, more...
What sort of room were you in. We have one for four where the kids are up the steep stairs above. What was the little sauna like? Worth having or not? How did you get your clothes dry every night cus I didnt see that there was a drying room as such in each room to dry those snowy clothes! Oh, and boring question from my Hubby, Is there a safe in the room?!? Another very important qu from me... Is there a kettle to make a quick coffee Can take my Nescaf Cappochinos then!!! And the all important hair dryer. Anything else really exciting like the food, bar and things to do would be much appreciated.
Carrie !!! ;o)

Hi Carrie,
Have you read my review of the hotel as I did include in that a lot of tips when going there. The rooms are by no means luxury but i found them to be cosy, warm and very welcoming. The room up the steep stairs is best for the kids. It does have a stair gate. The sauna was great fun. I just hubng our snow suits in the bathroom each evening and they were dry by morning so no probelms there. Yes there is a kettle in the room with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. You will need to take a hair drier and don%26#39;t for get to take a travel adapter. There is no safe in the room.
The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. There are some small slopes outside the hotel with free plastic sledges you can use. Great fun!!!! The bar does Christmas themed coctails for the adults and kids. Obviuosly non-alcoholic ones for the kids. I developed a liking for hot chocolate with brandy, cream and marshmellows!
First choice were great company to travel with and their reps were hard working and good fun.
If you have the money then do some extra tours. We did the husky dog trail and loved it. The Husky dogs are gorgeous.
The food at the hotel was wholesome and plentiful with plenty of choice.
Hope you have a great holiday.
We will go again in Dec 2009 for our 20th wedding anniversary. We hope to have our marriage blessed out there. Yllas is alos beautiful. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk which has any extras you may need and some nice art/craft shops to buy your gifts to being home.
Let me know how you get on.
On our next visit we are hoping to try out the snowy wilderness hotel in Pallos.
