Just returned from daytrip to Lapland (Enontekio) with Transun and we had the time of our lives!!From start to finish everything was perfect and we had no complaints whatsoever. On the flight out kids were given activity packs and were invited to the front to sing christmas songs over the tannoy and we were also given a song sheet so no-one could get away with not singing!!Transfer to get kitted up with snow gear was short and everyone there was very helpful even providing spare hats %26amp; gloves if you had forgotten anything or if kids gloves were too big/small.Then it was onto activity area where a guide told us about the different rides etc and then you could just get on with it at your leisure. There were loads of Transun reps everywhere if you needed them but you were left to your own devices rather than being herded around which was great.Shuttle buses ran to where lunch was served all day-you didn%26#39;t even have to wait till the bus was full-my family of 5 had a 52 seater coach to ourselves!!Lunch was great-basic but you could have as much as you liked and kids ate like horses after all the activities. You could also go inside at activity area for hot chocolate and biscuits to warm up but we didn%26#39;t-were too busy havin fun!!Rides were great and as I said before you went on at your leisure and could go on as many times as you liked.Kids absolutely loved sledging and our 3 year old was a dab hand at kick sledging by the end of the day!!There was no chance of being too cold as there were open fires everywhere to warm by,a big teepee with a fire inside and as I said before you could also go inside for hot drinks.Santa %26amp; the elves were FANTASTIC!!Kids were mesmerised. All too soon it aws time to go.Back to changing rooms,a little time for souvenir shopping then before you knew it you were flying home.To sum it up it was worth every penny, kids loved it and so did we!!Would not hesitate to recommend Transun to anybody.

That sounds wonderful, glad you all enjoyed it.

Glad to hear you had a good trip with Transun - we are going to Enontekio/Karesuvanto with them for 4 nights leaving Sunday and was a bit worried at some of the less-than-positive comments about them posted earlier.

If the service ans standards that we recieved are typical of Transun you will have no problems. As I said before we couldn%26#39;t fault anything at all.I had heard negative things about them too so was a bit apprehensive but there was no need-everything was great.Hope you have a great time-Merry Christmas!!
