We are going to Levi with Inghams, flying from Bristol, on 17th February. Just wondered if anyone else was going that week? Most people seem to have been over Christmas/New Year. I am now allowing myself to get excited as the trip was booked 1 year ago!!

Hubby has the ski-ing bug back - poor thing hasnt done it for 12years as i have refused to go to cold places, I actually loved it which suprised me more than him. We land and that time is the Thompson flight from Manchester - i will keep my eyes peeled to the departure windows so dont forget to stand there waving like a loony.

Will certainly look out for you. We may meet on the runway, who knows? I will have to wear something bright or silly to stand out! Possibly my reindeer antlers!!! I don%26#39;t think I can wave at everyone I see hoping it might be you. I might get carted off to the funny farm. At least I would have had my holiday by then.

We are going on 17th to Yllas but flying from Manchester. Couldnt get on the Bristol flight, which is a pain so will have to drive past it on way from Taunton to Manchester... :o(
Soooo excited. Can%26#39;t think of anything else!Carrie

Hi Carrie
What a pain!!! We booked last January as soon as the holiday was available to make sure we could go from Bristol. We had to travel to Gatwick when we went last time, exciting when you are going on holiday but not when you have a 4 hour+ return trip to get home!!!

Oh u r soooo lucky! Hubby is 3 years post chemo though, so he is now on 6 monthly check ups. We can never book holidays until he has had his check ups as although he is (thankfully) in complete remission, holiday insurance wouldnt cough up if he was taken ill again (at least anything connected to the cancer). For us, therefore, it%26#39;s always checkup closely followed by rushing out to book a holiday!!! Small price to pay in travelling upto Manchester therefore, considering he is a walking miracle I guess!!! Will still grit my teeth and wave to Bristol airport on the way past though! It%26#39;s the kids that will find it tricky I think, a 6am flight so guess we will leave about 11pm and travel up slowly stopping for midnight feasts on the way! By the time we have parked and got on buses to the airport, you can check in from 4 hours b4 at manchester apparently...
Oh happy days!

Did think of that, but would we sleep? Probably not. If I cant sleep with excitement now, I certainly wont be able to then Shell!!!! So think we will save the hotel room cost towards a safari out there and make an midnight adventure out of it! LOL! Still keep looking a my Poundland glo sticks and getting all excited! How sad am I!?
