has anyone else been told by first choice that the snow princess is closed week 6th jan? we originally booked this hotel for 30th dec to be out for new year only to be told last fri that the creche will not be open. as we are travelling with a two yr old this was a huge prob as how can you go skiing with a two yr old?. the told us we could go the following wk as the creche would 100% be open only to have a call today to say that snow princess plus creche would not be open wk 6th jan.
we have now booked with inghams same wk flying from manchester staying in hotel akas plus it was cheaper!
first choice absolutly appauling!! no compensation or gestures for us.
never again.
any one else in this position or are they just fobbing me off?

thanks fudge. fingers crossed all will go to plan now. at least we%26#39;ve saved some money and plus inghams excursions seem to be alot cheaper than first choice. our two year old will also get to see santa which will be great.
