We%26#39;ve just come back and stayed in the apartments and we had our moonboots etc around the hotel. Didn%26#39;t bother taking other shoes - oh I took normal shoes for the gala night but just couldn%26#39;t be bothered wearing them and wore my moonboots as well. Love my moonboots and never really get the chance to wear them here so wanted to make the most of it. It was really weird coming home and getting into normal boots again.
Every body else wore the same, walking boots or the boots supplied.
I loved the casualness of it all.
There is a cloakroom if you want to change shoes and leave your boots there but nobody bothered as far as I could see.

This is the one holiday you go on, and basically take the least amount of clothes. I know ou have all your ski clothes and boots etc, but as far as clothing and shoes underneath goes, we were living in the same things practically. Our cabin had a washing machine too which was great, I remember coming home with a suitcase of half unworn clothes and half freshly laundered .... fab.
It is so casual and laid back honestly. I think if you did dress up you would stand out more!!!

Hi,
We really liked the apartment - it had a really lovely woody smell in it. We thought it was nice. Lovely and clean; although in the few days we were there we didn%26#39;t have the apartment cleaned or beds made which for a few days didn%26#39;t really matter, we%26#39;re quite tidy people and for a few days didn%26#39;t have a heart attack about having perfectly made beds. It was so warm we had to fiddle to turn the heating down. There is a little hall area which you walk into first which was great for boots and coats then you come through another door into the apartment. The drying cupboard was brilliant. The sauna was lovely at the end of the day followed by a shower in the large walk in shower. Thought I would miss not having a bath but didn%26#39;t. We were in apartment block A which had a really good road running by it which was brilliant for sledging which we were doing until 11 at night - yup, we wore the kids out!!!!
We thought the hotel was lovely. Food was good, basic but filling. We always found something to eat. There is stuff out for kids like pasta, nuggets, chip. I loved the soup and crusty bread for lunch.
We were pleased we choose there and would stay there again. I have got some photos of the interior which I will post in next few days.
We didn%26#39;t buy any sledges as outside the front door and sometimes dotted around the place you will find some that you can use.
Have a great time, wish we were going again. If you have any more questions let mew know.

Hi, I agree with eyeoreisthebest :-) I lived in my boots, I too took some for gala night then couln%26#39;t be bothered to change into them, just had fancy hair and makeup! There is as said before a cloakroom and it is free to use on gala night, but the whole place is casual, its great, the people staying in the hotel rooms dress up a bit more as they don%26#39;t have to go into the snow to eat but most people will be sitting in boots and even the snow suits half undone. WOW I am so jealous, I only came back yesterday.
Have a fab time x
