Hi All,
I feel a bit silly asking this as Finland is in the EU, but I want to make sure.
Anyone know for sure how much beer, wine etc are you allowed to take with you into Finland/Lapland duty free?
Thinking of taking at least a %26quot;few%26quot; bottles of wine so that I won%26#39;t have to order it from a neighbouring village!
Thanks!

When coming from another EU country there is no such thing as DUTU FREE. But if you have bought your booze from UK, and paid local taxes, you are allowed to bring %26quot;for private consumption%26quot;. I don%26#39;t know about airports, but at ferry terminals anything above a full van is considered more than %26quot;for private consumption%26quot;. So if it is bought inside EU and you can fit it in your Ford Transit you are safe.
