I%26#39;ve been looking at this website and panicking!!! It looks a bit barren on the snow front doesn%26#39;t it! Still, according to the weather sites theres a few days of snow due this week, so will be keeping everything crossed! Think that I%26#39;ll book for Feb or March next time as the snow was lousy last December too! I know I sound like a little child but I really, really want to see thick, deep snow, all laden on the trees like you see on the lapland postcards - thats all I ask!! Can%26#39;t help but be disappointed if the trees are brown again!!

Snow is now being forecasted for the week so hopefully there will be some fresh snow for you.

You would think that the last weeks is december that the snow would be good but not sure whats happening.

Totally agree that future holiday may have to be taken feb as there is nothing better than thick white trees.Had snow on trees on arrival this year but melted by the friday but saying that 2 years ago was thick in levi the first week in december.

The first week od Dec this year was very good for snow but it warmed up slightly and melted slightly.

If this is a result of global warming, maybe we can move Christmas to Jan/Feb?!

That would be a great idea.We thought sik that we were lucky but looks like you that went the first week have had the best of weather so far as its got warmer.We only had minus 17 but that really was cold enough(must be my age)then it warmed up.Happy christmas and new year to you!

We went the 1st week of March for 2 weeks and can recommend it, the trees were heavily laden with snow, the pistes were perfect and quiet and the daylight whours were long, I would recommend last week feb/1sr week march

The live moving cam is really good. Its so wierd watching people moving about, skiing etc. Good to know its live so that you can get a true picture of weather and snow at the moment.
