The green run into Levi village turns into a red towards the bottom.
Anyone know how difficult this is for beginners - one of our party is having kittens as the only beginner in our group and doesn%26#39;t want to be stranded at the top !!
Many thanks.

MMM...I had a go and came down on my bottom!

We%26#39;re beginners and didn%26#39;t dare to try it!! We stuck to the south slope which was challenging enough for us! We also went up on the gondola and came down (eventually) on to the south slope! Great fun and more than enough of a challenge for us! It was challenging enough trying to load our skis and get into the gondala before the doors shut - actually the first time my son had his poles stuck in the door as it closed and we had to go all the way to the top with them sticking out of the doors!

There are now a new chair-lift (north) in main slope. You can also come down with that I suppose...

My 8yr old did it - and it was her first year ski-ing she just took it nice and slow and used the slopes well with her turns,

Hubby said it would be to difficult for a complete beginner, but everyone is different, children find skiing much much easier than adults

yes I agree that. The main slope is very wide so there are main lanes you can choose.

Hi
We did these runs on Saturday (finally got 2 hours skiing in!)
Green is lovely but yes it does kinda turf you out on the red.
As reds go it is not to bad as it is very wide - however I struggled (despite being a competent skier- mostly!) as I don%26#39;t like heights - and freeze(!) when I am too aware of large open views below!
Last week this piste was quite icy in places - if the snow continues this should improve conditions - however the warm conditions the week before meant that everywhere was a bit like an ice rink - with a thin dusting of snow on top!
If your friend is gung ho they may want to try the red by the end of the week - but I suggest they cut there teeth elsewhere first! They may well be naturals and do really well!
Good luck
