Given that most of the flights back from Kittila to the UK are in the late afternoon / evening, I was wondering what people do on their last day in the resort.
I really do not know where we could leave our lugguage once we are packed up? We are staying at immelmokit and travelling independently.
Be interested to hear you experiences.
Thanks

Cabin 2 is right next door to the Immelmokit reception and Im sure you could leave all your luggage there until you leave the resort.
The k5 hotel will also be open so you will be able to take the children in there as it also has a small childrens lay area if you have had enough of being outside in the snow.
Leventunturi also has a indoor play area where you could fill some of your time with a cafe and games room.

There is a metal container next to reception at Immelmokit where you can leave your cases.

Thanks that%26#39;s excellent, you have put my mind at rest!

We came back on 23 December. Our last day was filled by final packing, then a short time at Kidsland- sledging and spending 30 euros on walk around %26quot;The path of Christmas%26quot;(which was rubbish), then over to the Levitunturi to spend 30 euros more wisely for a swim and a laze about in the cafe area, some souvenir shopping and then pizza at Koti%26#39;s. By then it was 6pm and time to go to the hotel, change out of our ski stuff into lighter wear and then get ready to be picked up.
It passed more quickly than we imagined

Paula - agree about the path of christams it was pants.
On our last day we went to the Snow Village, set off at 11am - 40 mins to get there spent 2 hours there and came back to levi, we then went to the play area at the levintura for an hour - grabed a burger - which are good, nothing like mcdonalds thankfully - then it was time to go for the coach.

I%26#39;d suggest Levitunturi as well. Wife and duaghter did this on our last day whilst son %26amp; I got last bit of skiing in. She said it was get and very relaxing - plus only up the road from Immelmokit.

Christmas path is certainly one not to do.
The most exciting thing the year before last was a bisuit and a small sledge ride at the end.
I Thought santa was going to jump out from somewhere.
Shell did you get a gift on the path when you went?

The children got two or three sweets each, gift wrapped.
At the end of the path we sat in a teepee and had berry juice (which wasn%26#39;t as good as the free stuff in Kidsland) and a ginger biscuit.
It was very poor for the money.
Never mind- You live and learn

Its got worse then as when we went in 06 at least ours got a little wooden tree decoration wrapped in christmas paper.
When we left levi even the ice sculptures had started to melt outside the path as you go into the entrance.
We did not go again this year after last but like you say you need to see somethings for yourself!
Easy way for anyone is just to go through the woods at the back of the Kota in kids land as you can cut through and see which is what my children done this year!
