Welcome meeting timings?

Yay, its the new year and we%26#39;re off to Levi in 10 days...... Cant wait!!

Just so I know, has anyone travelled with First Choice this winter departing Gatwick at 15.15 on a Sunday? We%26#39;re there for 7 days.

Can anyone tell me when the welcome meeting is likely to be?

We need to pick up our lift passes and one of our group members needs to get his ski gear too...Is this done on Sunday?

Just wondered really as we want to be up on the slopes bright and early Monday morning when it opens, to try and make the most of the short days!
