Anyone just back from Levi skiing? If so what is the off-piste conditions like? is there enough snow in the trees to ski in? What about at the top of the fell how deep is the snow?

I’m not been in Levi since November and hasn%26#39;t ultimate knowledge but I’m quite sure it’s absolutely too early for off-piste skiing there. Bases of slope areas are rough and rocky and skiing outside of maintained slopes is safe just much later. Some years late February some other even later. But of course I’m old yellow ;-)

just got back sunday night, boarded all week in the woods at lift 6,7,8,%26amp; 14 also used alot of connecting route, too get into woods.
conditions are ok, snow is of good quality, higher up the mountain.
it gets abit dangerous, further down, but the risk is worth taking, just be careful.
