i am trying to call crystal spent 28 mins in a que yesterday ...no luck and gave up
been on over 20 mins today still no luck....
automated choose this choose that ....and then hang on well be with you as soon as we can .......i can feel myself getting more wound up by the minute....
i only want to ask about there ski school and does that include the ski pass or do you have to but it seperate ......is ayone else having problems getting thru to them

Yes Jo they are a nightmare to get through to.
I waited for over 1 hour to get through to them.

Jo - asked that question the other day - crystal said ski-school is only lessons doesnt include ski pass or equipment - you have to buy these seperate.
Also emailed Yylas ski school and they said the same.
Im sure Poe got hers included with inghams - i will send her a pm and ask her,

Jo if you take the crystal learn to ski package then everything is included for the whole week.
You get 5 lessons, lift passes and equipment hire for the whole week.
I didnt really want to be tied to skiing everyday, but for the price its cheaper than booking 3 days in ski school, by the time you have added lift passes and equipment hire.
You dont have to go to your lessons all week if you dont want to, in the crystal brouchure it £155 per adult and £124 per child

It was on the learn to ski package (tution, equipment, lift pass) think it was about £180 each
|||
1st time ski package includes 6 day pass, 6 day boot %26amp; ski hire, 5 day tuition £182 (thats Levi)
