private lessons

evening,a few of the people we are going to yllas with have decided they want a few hours of refresher lessons when we get there,what are the chances of getting lessons for the first day of skiing,is it better to go to my travel agent before we go or is it possible to book these when we get there?

have a look on yylas.fi under ski-ing there is an email add for the ski - school. I contacted them the other day about lessons for my 4 year old and they reccomended booking as they are getting booked up very fast for the next 2 months - they got back to me within 2 hours.

the other problem i have is that im not sure when we will be getting are ski%26#39;s and lift pass etc,we land at kittila at 1800 hrs on sunday the 3rd of feb and im worried if i book a lesson for the 4th we might not of been given are equipment in time,any ideas?

In Levi you could get kitted out between 8 %26amp; 10pm ready to ski this next day. Fitting on evening of arrival tends to be normal practice (so you go go straight out next morning) unless you come in very late (delayed?).

I would be surprised if Yllas is different.

Word of warning to those hiring skis for just one day or so - we found kit rental at zero point (levi) really disorganised. Took us hour and half on Sat am for 4 sets, Hubby spoke to someone who quede for 2 hours - bear this in mind of kitting up for a one days skiing / lesson.

There was an upside to this - we saved 4 euros each as we only needed a 3 hour lift pass!

i sent them an email and they have booked me on for the 4th at 12 oclock,they say i pay them when we get there,is that how you have done it?
